I've been personal friends with Joe Cason for nearly 40 years. Some 11-12 years ago Joe helped train me to fit hearing aids, and to pass the rigorous board exams and I opened my own practice in Springfield MO, Half Price Hearing Aids, which is now a leader in this market. I am all too familiar with the invidious slanders market newcomers will face when they beat the tar out of over-extended competitors high pricing, who have grown accustomed to wielding a monopoly over a given market and count it their right to be unhindered by normal market pressures from the healthy influences of competition, (healthy for the buyer, that is), but Joe Cason has done me immeasurable good in guiding me in practice matters and has been a true friend and outstanding professional in his field, and I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Joe and his team are wonderful. I have taken three family members to get help from their office and all three were very happy with the prices and friendly service.1: Grandfather - My grandfather lost a hearing aid while in the hospital. I called his original hearing aid provider that he had gone to for at least 20 years. Their sales rep instantly knew my grandfather when I called and quoted me a price for a new hearing aid. I thought, 'fine, it will help my grandfather so price isn't a concern'. On a whim I decided to call Joe and ask about hearing aids. He had me to describe the hearing aid, told me which style it was, and then provided the same hearing aid for less than half the price of his original provider! (I didn't tell him the pricing of the original provider until after he gave me his price. He simply quoted me his normal price)2: Great aunt - Again, needed hearing aids so I referred her to Joe and his team. It was a bit of a drive (about 30 minutes) but well worth the cost savings. She happy with the hearing aids and especially enjoyed visiting with Joe's daughters.3. Mom - We finally (finally) (finally) convinced my mom she needed hearing aids. She was hesitant to admit she had a hearing problem and was a bit scared of the process. We took her in to see the Affordable team who tested her hearing, fitted her, and provided quality hearing aids. After my mom received her hearing aids it was like she had new life. I didn't have to repeat myself, she could hear her grandchildren (because all little kids sound like chipmunks which can be difficult for older adults), and when she spoke she used a softer tone (I think because she couldn't hear others she believed others couldn't hear her).**Here is the kicker with my mom -- She passed away less than a year after receiving the hearing aids (completely unexpected). I called Joe and his team about donating the hearing aids back to them in case they had any low income patients come in that need to hear better but couldn't afford new hearing aids. We mailed the hearing aids back and I didn't think any more about it until... We received a check back for a portion of the price my mom paid! I was blown away and humbled since that level of service is hard to find.I would gladly use Joe and his team for any of my hearing needs and would heartily recommend others use them as well. You will not be disappointed, and if there is a misunderstanding I believe they would go the extra mile to make it right.
